Pattaya Madness

I still remember the first event i did for BMA Wealth Creators. The MD Mr Anubhav Bhatter was so happy and impressed that he specially went on the stage to compliment me that he's never seen an MC like me. I went on to do many more shows for them- but a great feather in my cap is the opportunity i got to anchor his wedding anniversary festivities at Pattaya. The whole event was planned as a destination wedding with 3 full days of fun, parties and sightseeing. And i accompanied the whole group everywhere. What a memorable experience- i cannot forget the love and attention i got from the hosts Mrs & Mr Bhatter.  A very special trip indeed.

TV series on 43rd IFFI

Once again, it was time for the International Film Festival of India. After having shot for inauguration, closing, curtain raisers for 5 consecutive years, it really never ceases to excite me. The 10 days of films, interactions and PTCs (piece to camera- for the uninitiated). But the most exciting is definitely the RED carpet. over the last few years I've interviewed some of the biggest names in Bollywood & Hollywood but my personal favorite moments were with Sir Ben Kingsley, Saif Ali Khan, Rekha, Vishal Bhardwaj, Raju Hirani and Gulzaar (i absolutely adore him). Though this year I was very busy but i did manage to anchor the biggest show of the festival with none other than India's biggest name in playback singing Sukhvinder Singh- famed for Slumdog Millionaire's Jai ho, Chak De India, Rab ne bana di Jodi, Omkara, Dabangg, Singham and countless more. I got amazing response from 3500 strong crowd comprising of MLAs, ministers and Chief Minister of Goa. here are some TV grabs of my television episodes. IMPACT 2012 by AGC & NICE

Two leading companies and strategic partners in IT & SI came together for a 2 day session inviting channel partners & customers. While juggling the 2 day event was not easy with on-location TV shoots for International film Festival of India for DD National- but i managed. Truthfully- it was worth all the extra effort as I had an amazing time with the crowd that comprised of CXOs, CIOs, directors, APAC heads, IT & SI professionals across many sectors and from abroad. Day one was all about ice breaking, fun activities & whacky games and Day 2 was a knowledge session- but whatever the definition of the event may be - as u know 'The Ruchika Davar Experience' is irresistible :-D.

Future Generali...Ruchika aali

had an awesome time at Future Generali Awards and the crowd response was massive- check out the entry video. Mind blowing audience interaction followed by lots of spot prizes and games all through the evening and some wild action on the dance floor....phew!!!!!

The Venetian Macau & ZuHai (China)- Bajaj Alliance

Once again, a rocking show for 850 people at the sensational The Venetian Macau for Bajaj Alliance. But while the R&R evening itself was amazing, what was actually great this time were the 3 magical nights at the Venetian- Just strolling along the grand canal, taking in the buzz, the replica architecture & soaking in the extravagance. The day trip to Zu-Hai market in China was another high point- Imagine going through immigration- just to visit the shopping mall in the neighboring country..lol. To sum it up- in every way- i had a special time and felt really special- Bajaj Alliance great hosts as i joined the whole group for a full 4 days for all sightseeing and fun on the run.

Holding post at Kargill

Let the title not bowl u over...The Kargill Foods Gala was a Fun evening with a capital 'F'. The evening started with some great Drumming as the guests revved up with their Djembes and later the evening evolved into an all out, no holds barred games n jokathon as we played some hysterical games. The people were very sporty and reacted very well to the humor.  Will add more pix of the unforgettable crowd interaction later as i get my hands on them, but for now, check out the look and some warm intro moments.

Band Baaja Baraat....

How does a high profile wedding sangeet feel....like a dream.I've anchored some of the biggest weddings & private events in India for some of the biggest business houses and Industrialist families like Haldirams, Shaw Wallace, Mantri Builders, Aimil pharma, Tulsyan steel, Meena Bazaar, Baani Realtors. Not to forget the countless richie rich marwari & NRI weddings but some of my favorites are where I got to interact and have fun on stage with Bollywood stars- like the unforgettable Dudani wedding where Ranbir Kapoor, Deepika Padukone etc were present along with the swish filmy crowd and I ended up dancing with Ranbir Kapoor on stage, or like this wedding where Vivek Oberoi joined in with all his family. His witty answers to my fun quiz on the stage added lots of laughter and fun to the audience. As far as a good repartee is concerned, the guy wins hands down!!!
